Confession. It’s 8 pm and I’ve already done my whole bed time routine and now I’m relaxing in bed, ready to fall asleep. This is a regular occurance now, and I feel sooooo unaccomplished every night. My fiancé goes to sleep at like 6 to wake up well before dawn for work. I’m guessing that’s why start to feel fatigue quite early? I’ve been waking up earlier and do more in the morning so I guess there’s a bright side!
What time do you turn in? Do you ever go to bed super early?

LAX03: In the working week I find I can get pretty tired, but when I’ve got PMT I could happily turn in at 8pm. I’ve currently got a bit of jet lag so it’s past 1am and feel rather awake whereas a few hours ago I was ready to drop off.

- Wedding: September 2017 - Ceremony and Reception: Historic mansion on the water
My goal is to be in bed by 10 PM on work nights. However, most of the times I end up hitting the bed sometime between 11:00 PM – 11:30 PM. On the rare ocassion if I am seriously fatigued I’ll hit the bed at 8 PM.
When I don’t have to work or on the weekends and I am not out, I am in bed by 1 AM or so.

My goal is to get in bed by 10pm, asleep by 10:30, because Darling Husband and I wake up at 6:30am during the week. It’s usually later than that, though, because we’re derping online or get caught up watching something on TV. Maybe I should get off Weddingbee and get ready for bed, since it’s 9:50…

I usually lay down around 9. Watch some tv and usually sleeping by 10. I’ve always been a morning person though so getting up earlier is easy, staying up late just never works!!!

I try to go to bed around 11 on weekdays, I like to watch the beginning of Jimmy Fallon at 10:30 haha

I am in bed between 7-8 and asleep by 9. Oh did I mention I am 27 and have to be up at 4 am for work? I don’t think going to bed by a certain time makes you unaccomplished. Just means you are tired. 🙂

Darling Husband and I are usually in bed by 10pm and watch something on TV before we fall asleep. Generally, I can’t stay awake very long in bed before I fall asleep. Usually am asleep by 10-10:30.

About 2am. I’m up 7am. Works for me. If I get the full 8 I’m a headachey mess!

I’m usually asleep at 11pm or 12am. It all depends whether or not the Fiance is still awake.

It is currently 12:30AM and I’m still wide awake. I work 9-5 in an office, usually get up around 8AM. I’m not a morning person at all, so it’s hard. I worked for 8 years (still do) at a customer service job that was primarily nights (6 to midnight) so my body is used to that. Unless I’m sick, I can’t get to bed before midnight.

During the work week I go to bed around 1/1:30am and get up around 8/8:15am for work. (and hating life)
Weekend? Forget it, i’ll stay up as late as I can!
I have always been, even as a small child, a night owl.

LAX03: for me it definitely is a constant struggle because i have a hard time falling asleep (and my husband does too…he likes to sit up and watch tv and fall asleep on the couch a lot. ugh. anywho…i go to bed between 1030-11 every night…and have to be up at 630. i’d love to go to bed earlier, but my body won’t shut down. so annoying. i am working on new ways to relax and coax my body into sleeping at night…like turning off all electronics and sort of meditating myself into sleep. i don’t know. i’m just trying to get off ambien because i don’t want a sleep med dependency!
