What time do you workout?

I salute you bees who are up at 5am to workout! When I say I’m not a morning person I mean I’m in a kind of haze from waking at 7am to leaving for work an hour later. It’s really frustrating. My brain and energy levels seem to be highest about 6 to 8pm. Working out in the cold dark mornings (UK) is my idea of hell. 

My whole side of the family are morning people. Brother and sister in the gym by 6am. *shudder*

EllyAnne :  Lol. I’m up having breakfast so I can be at the gym by 7am for the special Saturday 90 minute workout they do. But… I’m dead to the world by 9pm!

I work out after work, usually around 5:30pm to 6pm.

I find mornings are such a rush that I burn out by the time to leave wor,k so that’s a perfect time to get me energised again.

Weekends are usually morning workouts as I like a glass of wine and movie in the evenings.

desertgypsy :  Good for you. I don’t do l9ng workouts at the gym but I do 90 min yoga at home and feel very virtuous.

Funny story. The one time I did work out in the morning was when I went on holiday to San Diego. I was 15. Jet lag woke dad and I up at 5 so we decided to go for a run and I fainted just as we were getting back to the hotel. See, it’s just for me.
