- Wedding: October 2010
In my bridal party, my childhood best friend (who is a male) is standing on my side, but is not the Man of Honor, he is technically just a bridesmaid, so we are calling him a Bridesman. However, in the program, I have listed each persons name and if they are “College Roommate” or “Sister of __” or “Lifelong Friend of__” My hang up is what to call Kyle. He is a childhood friend, a lifelong friend, and we always told people we were brother and sister, and to this day I call him my brother, but he isn’t biologically. I want to express that he is more than just a “lifelong friend” or a childhood friend”. Do you think it would be silly to say “Kyle- Childhood Friend & “Brother” of the Bride. How else could I express that he is my “Brother?”
Help, any suggestions would be appreciated!
