That would be a nice gesture on your part! But if she’s willing to risk it, and says it’s fine, then I wouldn’t pressure her to take it

My dresses all came way sooner than the 12 weeks they told us, but to offer to pay the rush fee would be great

@ldsilva:  my dresses came in wayyyy earlier (one was in within 2weeks) i think you will be fine but like pp mention maybe offer to pay rush shipping? Or wait a few weeks and if it isn’t in call the salon and then apply the rush shipping

I was the “best man” in my friends wedding. The Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses were chiffon. The bride wanted me to wear black so I would match the guys. She wanted myself and the maid of honour to be wearing long dresses. So, I got a long, black chiffon dress that mirrored the BM’s dresses. You could get her something that compliments.

You could do what we’re doing – have the grooms’ woman wear a black dress!  We thought it would make sense for her to match the men on his side.   This logic would have gotten us into trouble, however, if we’d had a male on my side, as my bridesmaids are wearing blush pink dresses!
