(Closed) What to do on Couch to 5K off days?

I’m impressed that you’re able to make it to the gym every work day!! I’m on week 3 day 3 of Couch to 5K, and I have been going at night, around 9PM, then coming home and crashing. (I work a typical 9-5 job).

Does your gym offer classes, or are you just trying to find a new machine? Maybe the ellipticals? It’s a completely different workout than running.

My Fiance and I are doing the c25k, and on our days off we’re doing the 200 sit up, and 100 push up challenges.  We do them at home, while watching tv.  It’s kindof the same idea as the c25k, where you build up strength by doing intervals.

I would add some muscle building activities in there instead of more cardio, that will help you get into shape easier and faster than just cardio!
