(Closed) What to do tonight, elliptical or 30 day shred?

I know you hurt your back recently, so is it good to do the 30 day shred yet?  Elliptical is much less impact and still gives you a good workout.  Has your physical therapist given you the go for more intense workouts?

I’ve done the Shred video a few times with friends and my Fiance (I think he has a big crush on Ms Michaels, actually). To me, it seems like a much better workout than half an hour on the elliptical.

I’m way more exhausted after doing the 30 day shred workout than when I get off the elliptical. I’d go with that.

I also vote for the Shred, especially since you did the elliptical yesterday.  It’s pretty tough the first time or two just because of how fast she has you moving.  I feel more tired after that than the elliptical, but I love the cardio I get from the elliptical.
