chop them up, whip them into a batch of hot cocoa, you can add milk chocolate or white chocolate to cut down the taste.

You could melt them down, add honey/stevia/sweetener of choice, pour them into chocolate molds (or greased muffin tin) and then eat them like a slightly sweeter chocolate bar.

Personally, I love extra dark chocolate dipped in nut butter, I think it makes it taste less acrid.

In the past, I would chop them up & use them in any recipe requiring chocolate chips.

Oooh I have a great recipe…chop up the chocolate and melt it in the microwave (do it in one-minute intervals and keep checking it and stirring). Once it is melted, drop in fresh blueberries and chopped up pretzels, mix it all together. Then take the pieces and create little clusters. Put the clusters on baking sheets lined with wax paper and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

I made these bluberry dark chocolate clusters at Christmas and everyone LOVED them!
