So we’ve mailed our invites out, and are getting RSVP’s which is very exciting! Well today, we got a reply card that had a check mark for yes, I will attend….but they didn’t write their name on the card or specify how many people! AND, to top it off they also mailed back the map we sent them, so our mystery guest(s) won’t even know how to get to our venue! LOL I’m hoping we can figure out who it is by process of elimination but…What the heck?!? All I can do is laugh about it…

A good reminder to number the back of your rsvp cards to match the number on your invitation list.

I’ve never heard of doing that before julies, but that is brilliant! Wish I’d of heard about that before….

Songbird29 , i had one of those situations, got so excited putting together the invites that I didn’t number the RSVP Cards. Got the one card back, attending w/ no name.. ended up being a single uncle, who when I followed up with him, said “oh you didn’t get my card?” hahah just keep track of the yes’s & no’s and you’ll figure it out.

This made me realize that I totally forgot to write numbers on the back of my RSVP’s before mailing our invites! I had read about it here but totally forgot! I’m predicting we’ll be in the same boat and get at least one with no name…

You could look at the postmark and see if that helps you figure it out.
