@Twyla_Smith:  boil eggs and put them in your fridge…you are craving protein at night to last you until morning which is normal. Even if you mix the egg with some celery and mayo and put it on crackers you are doing what your body is asking for. Fruit or fast sugars aren’t a good idea…they keep you awake

Have a large glass of water and chopped up lean protein in your fridge. Also thin crackers are good because they aren’t heavy.

What about a low fat smoothie with fruit or yoghurt!!!

@Soon2BD-CBee:  I usually have thin crackers because at that time I usually get a little upset stomach or something if I’m hungry. So eggs are usually no good but a couple small crackers are perfect.
