In Lieu of programs we will be displaying different elements of the programs around the venue as decoration (ie window panes and chalkboards for ceremony summary and menu). We will also being doing “meet the maids” and “meet the men”. I’m hoping to hang a photo of each of our wedding party with a short note about them. So my question is what do I include in that note?
1. Short Bio– Susie went to WSU and lives in Texas with her fiance
2. When we met: Susie and Snowy met playing soccer (but then how do you eleborate on family? this is my sister, we have the same parents ?)
3. Pick some funny questions and have them write respond: Favorite food to eat with bride/groom? (if so what questions)

On our website I listed everyone, stated our relationship and where we met, something awesome or special about the person or our relationship.
for example this is what I have about my Maid/Matron of Honor:
Lisa (bride’s law school friend) – I met Lisa during our first week of lawschool and we bonded over our love of fashion, ( we even took a trip to San Francisco to shop at the very first west coast H&M when it first opened). We kept each other sane through many late nights in the law school library, (and sometimes contributed to the necessary insanity) and in the meantime formed the most wonderful friendship.
this is what Fiance has about one of his groomsmen
Philip (groom’s fraternity brother) – Zany situations seem to have a way of finding us. Whether it be driving a canoe into the bottom a lake, going snipe hunting, camping out all night for World Series tickets, or being awesome in the wilderness we have done it all. I can always bounce life off of Phil without judgement.

@Meowkers: Thank you that is helpful. I suppose I’m stuggling a bit with my Future Sister-In-Law. Should it be from my perspective since she is a bridesmaids or from her brothers? I’ve known her for years but we aren’t exactly close yet.

Here’s what I wrote for my Future Sister-In-Law (from my perspective)
Amanda (sister of the groom) – Not technically Eddie’s twin but they are so alike that they might as well be. It’s no wonder we hit it off right away. Amanda has welcomed me into the family with open arms and instantly made me feel a part of it. I’m very much looking forward to our relationship continuing to grow.
