You mean your hospital bag? Not sure if that is what you’re talking about but this is my list for me and baby:
Going home outfit for baby and for me
socks for me and for baby (maybe 2 pairs for baby)
Bed slippers for me
Baby sleeper and onsie
mittens and 2 bibs for baby
A hat
Nursing pads
Sanitary pads
TP
underwear for me (1 or 2)
Diapers and wipes and diaper cream
Towel for me
soap for me
makeup/shower cap/magazines for me
toothbrush and paste and floss
Lotion and deoderant and vaseline for me
Snacks
nursing pillow?? (I might or might not take it)
Baby blankets (1 regular, 1 receiving)
hand sanitizer
Flip flops for shower
I don’t want to take too much stuff even though I feel like that is too much as is.. only a 1 night stay in hospital thankfully.

@bridalprincess: +1 great list!
Just add snacks to the list- trail mix, granola bars, etc, as well as hard candy to suck on. my bff’s water broke early so I packed her bag and added snacks for her and her husband, they said they were a lifesaver in the middle of the night!
I’m a Chicago bee, at what hospital are you giving birth?

I didn’t use half of the things I packed for the hospital but the things I appreciated most were a soft, lightweight robe and my own travel size toiletries. Don’t forget your cell phone charger!
