Have a tasting before you choose anything.

I voted for asparagus cream soup, mixed salad with vinaigrette, steak with panela cheese, and cheesecake with blueberries – I’m allergic to shellfish so I couldn’t eat the lobster soup or the surf and turf. Everyone loves steak so as far as entrees go, I think that’s a really good bet! And the green salad and mixed salad would go better with the steak (or the fish) than a salad with fruit. Are you serving a wedding cake? If NOT then go with the cheesecake – yumm!! But if you are you might want to serve the brownies for dessert so people don’t get tired of too much cake. (Not that anyone can ever have too much cake IMO Wink)

@Pappy8:  Ok in that case do the brownies. Who doesn’t love chocolate?!
