So it’s four weeks till our wedding and I haven’t heard from my photographer since I sent her the down payment, so I figured I’d send her a schedule to start some communication. We only have her for 2 hours since our wedding is so small. Here is what I was thinking of sending her as far as a schedule.
My hair/makeup is being done from 11:00 to 12:45 (hoping it gets done sooner).
2:30 I arrive at location. Fiance will already be there. I haven’t decided if we will do a first look or not. Fiance is not the sentimental/romantic type and I don’t think Fiance cares either way.
2:45 – 3:25 Photos with Fiance and our 2 kids while our officiant waits for the guests to arrive. We plan on having them meet in one spot and all walk together since the park is so huge. And it’s only 25 people. Or take a couple of trips.
3:30 – ceremony starts
3:45 – 4:00 take a few pictures with family
4:00 – 4:45 pictures with just Fiance and I while everyone else has refreshments and a few small snacks
4:45 – everyone will head over to the resturaunt which is only about 5-8 minutes away. Photographer goes home.
5:00 – dinner
Does that look okay or seem very rushed? There are no details, no waiting for people to get seated. Hopefully everyone shows up on time!
I was also going to send the photographer a couple links to blogs of weddings that will be similar to ours just so she can see what I’m talking about as far as the casualness of the wedding.
