    I think it’s always best to stay safe in these kind of situations: one chicken choice, one beef. (If you can’t afford the beef, go with the pork) I really like chicken marsala because I’ve never had a dry chicken marsala, plus I think it’s very full of flavor, but not anything exotic so most people will like it. I chose the NY strip steak because it was your only beef option, but there are other cuts of beef that would work too. Just make sure it’s properly seasoned and cooked to the guest’s preference!

    Steak and chicken is a safe bet.  Most people seem to love chicken marsala, but I tend to think it’s boring.

    I voted for steak and bacon wrapped pork… that is, if it’s a honkin’ piece of pork.  None of those sissy-sized ones.

    Grilled shrimp also sounds really good.

    I would choose one meat and one seafood dish. If my husband and I were attending a wedding we would want shrimp (me) and either New York strip or Chicken Marsala.
