So obviously I know that you wear your wedding dress for the day after session but I don’t know about my husband or if we should change outfits. As of now he is wearing just a grey vest, black tie, and probably gray pants. But I’m not sure if he should wear a jacket? It will be in July and he thinks that he will be too hot if he wears one.
I also don’t know if I should wear my wedding veil/tiara or if I should change my dress at some point during the shoot.
What are your thoughts/opinions? I just can’t make up my mind

In “Trash the dress” sessions I’ve seen online, the groom wears his outfit again. Here’s an example: http://www.carolinetran.net/blog/2010/02/trash-the-dress-irene-jerome/
I think that you should wear your hair down and more casual like this bride – they have a great, casual, yet gorgeous look!

That’s actually the same place I want to do my session at, funny! I like more of the vintage look though like the one shown below but not sure if my dress would look good with that style.
Also not sure if I should pin up the train or not..

I would probably leave the train pinned up. Just remember that if you are going to be rolling in the dirt or anything like that, you might not get the deposit back on his clothes if you rented them.

I agree with letting a little loose for your day after session. The whole point of doing the day after session (in my opinion) is to get a variety of shots that aren’t possible on the wedding day. I would wear your hair down, get a little sexier with it. If your man has a vest under his jacket, I think he could wear just the vest for a slightly cooler, more casual wedding look. Good luck! As a wedding photographer myself, the freedom of the day after session is what makes it so much fun. I’m sure your pics will be fab no matter what you do!

Thank you melraye77! My hubby will be wearing just a vest and my hair will be a exactly like you said. I was just not sure if I should do an outfit change at some point. Either way I’m still excited 🙂
