@peachbaby4008:  I think this REALLy depends on what your dress is iike hun- pics?  What’s the bodice like?

Mine is a corset back, lace bodice with boning, and I plan on wearing nothing up top (and I’m very well endowed)-

@MrsEME:  I totally agree it depends on what your dress is like.

It will also depend on what your support needs are. Some tailors put cups into the dress if you aren’t too busty so you don’t need a real corset underneath. But, it really st depends on your body! if you are totally lost, I would find the nearest nordstroms and ask their advice!!

@peachbaby4008 As PP said, it depends on what your dress looks like.

While I had a corsette top, I found that a long-line bra and an underskirt REALLY helped to give my dress the form it really desparately needed. I didn’t necessarily need anything to be kept up on top, but smoothing out the stomach helped. I went to David’s Bridal to get mine, even though i didn’t get my dress there, because they had the super long-form strapless bra I needed, and I had trouble finding it elsewhere. They also had a nice selection of underskirts. Depending on what your dress looks like, you can look at their website, they have a list of undergarments and how they match to particular types of dresses.

I’m no particular fan of Davids Bridal, but I couldn’t find a similar tool (or for that matter, similar lingirie) elsewhere. There may be other useful websites, I just happened across that one.

Post pics of your dress, and maybe other bees can be more helpful!
