So I bought a scattered rhinestone cathedral length veil (that I LOVE) to wear with my very simple, unembellished gown. I’d like to add a second veil (blusher, elbow, fingertip, or whatever) length to add a bit of volume and drama since my dress is so simple.
My question is if any of you have done such a thing, and what length veil you wore or are wearing over top of a cathedral length veil?

@LilySarah: I had a cathedral length veil with a lace trim. I did not wear a blushed as I didn’t want my face covered.

I don’t really want my face covered either–but I do like the look of two veils, and more importantly, I want a shorter veil that I can still wear through the reception. I don’t think wearing my cathedral veil all night is going to be a viable option, lol.

oh i see! See I didn’t want to wear a veil throughout my reception. But maybe what you can do is get a 2 tier or maybe even a 3 tie catherdral veil with the 2 and 3 tier a shorter length and have the 2 and 3 tier removable from the 1st tier. Where are you getting your veil from?
