We have DirecTV and are happy with it. Satellite is our only option out here, so between DirecTV and Dish, DirecTV was the easy choice. But I miss the FiOS we had in our old neighborhood. We never had any issues with it. Sometimes with satellite we lose signal in bad weather. I’m a football girl and I’ve missed several games because the satellite was out. Total bummer.

We have antenna and netflix. We’re happy with the netflix. The antenna goes out every time a train goes by and since we live about 50 yards from a set of tracks that leads to a busy railyard the antenna goes out a lot.

No cable for us, just Hulu and Netflix (and a PS3 & Apple TV). The only thing we ever miss is college football, as our team’s games are usually aired on the Big Ten Network. Smile

@IheartUFC:  We actually don’t have cable- shocked to see so many others don’t as well! We bought a $60 antenna and can get about 8 channels through it…not bad! Most shows I watch online as well.

Fiance parents have Comcast and we use a Slingbox that is hooked up to one of their spare cable boxes.

Time Warner (used to be Insight.) It sucks.

Canadian, living in Eastern Ontario… we have Rogers.  It is the best of a short assortment of choices I suppose, for the Channels I want.  They pee me off cause they always seem to be having issues (Sorry This Channel is Not Available at this time).

Nothing sucks more than sitting down to watch a particular show and then discovering that the Channel is off the air.  Ugggh.

I pay a fortune for Cable… It would be nice if it was reliable !!

We have Dish and I hate it. HATE it. We are planning to switch to Comcast as soon as our contract is up.

We used to have Fios and I loved it, but we moved and it isn’t available where we live now. Our satellite goes out whenever its windy. It sucks!!

Because it goes out all the time. Sometimes for hours. Windy day = no cable.

We just dropped directv and went back to Cox. Every time it rained just a smidge our service went out and during tornado season it was just too unsafe. Plus, we had one of their “deals” which was a crock, they swore up and down that “deal” never existed even though I have a screen cap of it and a taped conversation with the sales rep.

No TV for us! We use Amazon Instant Video (we have Prime) and occasionally will buy a month of Netflix if there’s a particular show we want to watch.

I will make no comments regarding what we do on college football Saturdays. Wink
