I crashed my 10 year old car and now I’m looking for something new. My Cadillac had horrible maintence (like every 6 months something needed repairing) so I’m looking for something easy to maintain after the warranties are over.
Soooo what type of car do you drive and would you recommend it? Thanks xoxo

I drive a 2014 Chevy equinox lt. I love it. Great gas mileage. AWD is a must for me. Love this car!

My husband just bought a Subaru Forester. We love it! It’s great and no issues. His family has owned quite a few Subabrus in the past and always had great experiences.
I also used to drive a Honda Accord that I never had maintenance issues with.

LAlovergirl : 2014 Toyota Corolla. I love it. Toyotas are known for reliability and that was a big factor for me. My previous car was a 2001 4Runner that never had an issue outside of routine maintenance.

2016 Malibu. It’s a very nice car and I love it. We were debating between this car and a Camry. The Camrys hold their value much better than the Malibus but were boring on the inside compared to the Malibu. I think Camrys are getting redesigned this year but I don’t know if the new body styles are on the lots yet.
Mine has parking and lane change sensors that are seriously the best thing ever. Plus wifi and a regular plug in for my laptop that allows me to get a lot of work done on long road trips 🙂

You probably won’t want this, but I have a Nissan Micra. Costs 30$ to fill the tank, lasts two weeks. $160 a month car payment. I will always spam it on car threads lol.

I drive a Infiniti Q50 and it’s nice; however, I do miss Mercedes. As long as you keep up with maintenance theyre both great cars. Good luck!

I have a Lexus RX350 and LOVE it! I had a BMW X5 before and had a lot of issues. I’ve had my Lexus a little over 4 years now and haven’t had any issues with it. I’d deff get a Lexus again!

SithLady : +1 I forgot my husband drove a Toyota Corolla before his new car. That things ran for years and years with no problems!

I drive a 2016 Hyundai Tucson. I’ve only had it 4 months but so far I love it lol. I’ve previously driven smaller hatchbacks (my first car was a 1994 Toyota Sprinter and then I bought a 2004 Holden Astra) but felt we needed more of a family car as we’re TTC starting in June. It’s much bigger than my previous cars but doesn’t feel that much bigger – I have no problems maneouvering it or parking it or anything.

LAlovergirl : I drive a Toyota Corolla.
I work in auto claims and I rarely see Toyota air bags deploy when they should! I think i have seen 3 Toyotas’ air bags deploy in 1.5 years. I would suggest NOT getting one. If I had known this when getting my car 4 years ago I would have gone with somethin else. But it’s paid off now so meh. Just keep that in mind when looking for a car.
