We use condoms now. For awhile I was using the Nuvaring. It was really nice except that I got rather depressed while using it. I would definitely use it again, but I think I’ll probably just go to an IUD instead for long-term use.

BCP + Condoms. I reaaaaaaaally don’t want a baby 🙂 Glad to see we’re not the only ones doubling up! haha. I think that after we’re married I’d like to go off of BCP because it’s been 10 years on it almost and thats just a long time. We’ll probably just do condoms, although I’d like to explore doing NFP because honestly once we’re married, I’m not going to be THAT worried if we get preggo so I’m willing to take a risk.

I voted for birth control pills, because that’s our primary method and the one I’m happiest with, but we also use condoms to be super-safe. I don’t even want to go off the Pill when we’re married – I don’t think I could deal with that time of the month again without the Pill!

We’re planning on TTC right after the wedding, so I’ve been off BCP for several months now. So it’s condoms or willpower, as I think FH would call it. I was actually on the patch for a few years rather than the pill (which I kept forgetting to take).

IUD… condoms. Im not able to concieve… its been about 5 years since I was diagnosed and for some odd reason, I concieved a child (even with condoms and BC) So now, i get nervous and the doctors tell me it was just a miracle. Don’t listen to what they tell you, a baby is ALWAYS possible when anything sexual is involved. :/

I use birth control patches (ortho evera) and I have for years! They work well for me *knock on wood* Just to be more careful for the most part we also use condoms. If we don’t then the pull-out method is used. We want to wait a few years before having a little one!

We were supposed to be using condoms… but you know how that goes lol I was on nuvaring, which was the best hormonal BC I’ve ever tried, but it still caused problems so now we’re just using the withdrawl method- not the most effective, but so far it works for us.

Honestly, I know this will make us both sound really stupid for doing this but we always just used the pull out method. We’ve been doing that for 4 years and never once had any problems. We even wonder if maybe there is something wrong with one of us because statistically our luck should have run out a long time ago. I am planning on going on the pill soon.

I use an IUD. I can’t take hormones due to my Raynauld’s Syndrome.

FAM in combination with a few backup measures for the fertile days. 🙂

I use Implanon and love it! I would recommend it to everyone.

i use a copper iud.it works pretty well. so far i had it in a year now.i was tired of all the hormones that made me huge and made my hair dry a brittle.when i first had the iud put in i got a massive break out.i started freaking out but then i used proactive and it cleared it all up.now am good.for those of u who are tired of the hormones or it doesnt work well for u this is probably a good option.

NUvaring and I love it! I really want something where I can get my period as little as possible and this works the best for me so far. I really want to get an IUD but I know its hard when you haven’t had kids and plus I don’t want to have to get my period every month…
