Ok – mainly because I’m sitting here bored on a friday night…lol – and I’m looking at everyone’s gorgeous wedding dress posts – I’m really curious – what type of dress girl are you?
Off the shoulder?
I will start as I’m an off-the-shoulder girl.

- Wedding: June 2010 - Ceremony - First United Methodist Church; Reception - My parents' house!
Strapless, sweetheart neckline. I initially said NO WAY AM I GOING STRAPLESS. Way to not call it correctly, me. lol
Post # 5
strapless! Never would have thought it. But there we go!
I like all kinds really… Mine is officially strapless, but came with spaghetti straps that I decided to put on because
1) it looks better
2) it holds the dress!
3)… welll it holds better!!

When I say it looks better, I mean on me, obviously!

I love off-the-shoulder. My dream dress would have been the off-the-shoulder dress Julia Roberts wore in Runaway Bride.
But my actual wedding dress was strapless. I couldn’t find a tea-lenth off-the-shoulder dress.

it’s funny cuz for a few years before i got married – i’d ALWAYS envisioned myself in a halter and had THE ONE i wanted picked out…of course i tried it on and yeah it just didn’t look that great on me. 🙁 the off the shoulder however – AWESOME of course! 🙂

Strapless, sweetheart neckline, fitted trumpet shape. 🙂

My dream dress is one-shouldered. I’m really in love w/ the one-shouldered look right now. It looks so unique and the one-shouldered wedding dress seems to be a rare beast. Now if i could just find one 😉 I’m almost in love w/ a strapless dress but pretty much only because I think w/ the angles of the dress and drapings in front I could add a strap on one side. 🙂

I was sure I’d be strapless, probably sweetheart neckline. Nope, v-neck it is!
i want my bridal gown to have a sweetheart neckline. i actually have many dresses with a flat neckline and i thought they look fine too, but i guess i want something special for my wedding 🙂

I am a sleeve girl all the way. I just think they are more classic and formal, and that is the look I wanted.
I ended up with a simple scoop neckline….I thought I wanted a V-neck but the dress I tried did not look right

One shoulder all the way! I really love the look of the shoulder and for me it’s the perfect blend of style and practicality.
