My menu is tossed salad, baked chicken in gravy/roasted beef in gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans and roll with water, tea, or lemonade, will also have a fruit table. While we are taking picture I will have appetizers on each table (maybe cheese and cracker tray or something like that)

At first I was going to do the ham, turkey, and barbeque pulled pork sandwiches, with cheese/fruit/vegetable displays, barbeque meatballs, and chicken fingers (or chicken drumettes). But since now my parents are supposedly taking care of the catering bill I think I will change the menu to items below to please parents taste buds lol:

Garden or Caesar Salad, Sliced Smoked BBQ Pork Loin or Hot Pulled Pork BBQ
Boneless Hickory Charcoal Grilled Chicken or kernal Fried Chicken Breast
Buttered Mashed w/gravy or Potatoes Au Gratin
Country Green Beans with Ham or Grilled Green Bean Medley
Condiment & Sauces
Rolls and Butter

@glamvicious:  Love your menu… It will be a crowd pleaser. Are you having a buffet or seated dinner and how much per plate? What is your food budget?

@glamvicious:  you’re menu is almost identical to what I’m asking the caterer for! I figure if I’m going to be paying tons of money to a caterer, I might as well get some good food that our families will love! Your menu sounds delicious!
