I really love the simplicity of this first one, but I like the other two as well. Not exactly sure how my hair will take to any of these, so I’d like to have the options! Anyone know the differences between these, and what they’re called?

I may be wrong, but to me they all look like French braids. The only difference is the amount of hair pulled into each and how tightly they’re pulled

They are all french braids. The difference is that in the first picture the hair has been twisted over instead of under.

I agree, they’re all french braids. The two on the top are looser than the last pick. And the 1st one *might* be inverted (hair goes under and comes up instead of being pulled up and then tucked in) but it’s so loose it hardly makes a difference. Pics might help explain what I mean.
eta- AH, zippy caught it!

Okay, cool! Zippylef, thanks for that over/under observation! I was trying to figure out which-was-which! They all look like braids to me, LOL! Just for some reason, they all looked different!

I love braids!! This is what I’m going with. My hair is very fine, but I have a lot of it. I will be adding clip in extentions, I have some pics with the wrong color one’s done in a bun. The clip ins help to fill out the briads. The hair on the side without my bangs and the other side will be curled tighter. Your last one was one of my inspirations as well.
