Bees, I need help! This is the dress I bought and it will be delivered next month – I don’t have any pics of me in it unfortunately, but I absolutely loved it. I’m taking my BM’s and mom to pick it up and try it on, and I’d like to try on veils when I’m there. What do you think would look the best with it? I need somewhere to start looking when I go, or else I’ll probably get all swept up in the excitement.
The dress is Diamond white, and I’m having the belt done in white and will be removing the bow (I like simple). Give me your suggestions! One or two tier, length, and embellishments/anything I’m missing! The dress doesn’t have much of a train although I do love trains, but I’m worried a long one won’t do well at the ceremony – it will be in a forest with some gravel type paths.
Any advice is much appreciated!

It’s such a lovely dress. I would go with something simple here like either a single layer raw edge fingertip length veil or a fingertip length beaded edge drop veil if you want a little bling and still get that 2 layer look.

Fingertip length would be great!

Thanks so much everyone! I’ll ask to see some fingertips lengths for sure
TheBlackCrain : I like the sound of a beaded edge! Hopefully they have one in store I could try on 😀 I can’t wait!
SouthernBee0713 : it’s a Mikaella #1751! I just looked it up on the designers website and it does actually have a chapel train on it too. Good to know haha!

I love a cathedral and it instantly looks classy on just about any floorlength dress. You could do a plain single/two tier it’s your personal choosing. Don’t do any lace but minor beading could be fine. But your dress is so simple I’d want it to blend in. Fingertip ones to me typically cut the girl in half and with an A-line/ballgown it’ll really finish off the look.
