This is my dress: http://www.essensedesigns.com/dress.php?id=2
Essense of Australia d940 in champagne.
The back is one of the main parts of the dress, so I’m not sure what to do about a veil. I thought about a bridal comb on the side or a flower, but I’m not sure.
I do kind of like gorgeous flowy veils, but I don’t want to hinder the beauty of the back!

Oh wow, that dress is amazing! I automatically thought Mantilla, but you’re right, it would cover up the back.

I agree with I blew the budget, a sheer catherdal length would be perfecto!

what happened – post went crazy…I’ll start over
A simple very sheet cathedral, a razor cut edge like this

or a simple birdcage and attach this at the back of your head

How long is the train on the dress? It looks somewhat short,so I’d go with a single tier sheer waltz/floor length. Cathedral would be too long,I think.

I think a single layer cathedral would look gorgeous for the ceremony (especially if your ceremony is in a church) but if you want the back to show for the entire day then I would recommend a birdcage, I think it would look pretty sophisticated with your dress.

Fingertip veil in bridal illusion with sheer satin edge to match the gown’s color. Birdcage veils are worn by every bride and my dog nowadays but they don’t look good on this dress In My Humble Opinion.
As an alternative, you could use a fascinator, preferably with feathers, or a headband in satin ribbon and rhnestones.

@ I_blew_the_budget, where did you find that photo? I also bought an Essense dress and like @eimersc said, the back is supposed to be the beauty of the dress. However, I want a long veil either Chapel or Cathedral, but it has to be sheer. Would that be the 50″ something in width, or the 72″?
@eimersc, do you have your dress yet?

@NatDawn: She got it from Etsy.
And yes, I have my dress. Think I am forgoing the veil, but not sure.
