We used all VSQ for our processional/recessional!  The family members walked down to “The Scientist” by Coldplay, the wedding party to “Bittersweet Symphony” and I walked down the aisle to “With or Without You” by U2.  For the recessional, we walked to “Wonderwall” by Oasis, as it is one of DH’s favorite songs.  It was such a hit with everyone and we were so happy that we went with them :-).  Though the song by the Eels would definitely work too!

We are using VSQ’s version of Paramore’s “Hallelujah” for the bridesmaids and groomsmen.

It’s too bad VSQ doesn’t have a hip hop or dirty tunes collection – that would be the ultimate clean version music that could be played during dinner and conservative old folk would enjoy it but be wondering why the young people were smirking. Stuff like Gin & Juice – Just sayin’

Assuming I don’t change my mind AGAIN, our prelude will consist of:

Sweet Surrender (Sarah McLachlan)

Across the Universe (Beatles/Rufus Wainwright)

Sweet Disposition (The Temper Trap)

Falling Slowly (The Swell Season)

In Your Eyes (Peter Gabriel)

Never Think (Rob Pattinson – yes, from Twilight! Not a happy song but gorgeous done by VSQ!)

Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want (The Smiths)

In My Place (Coldplay)

And I’m thinking of having my BMs walk out to Say Yes (Elliot Smith). My processional song will be the only one that isn’t VSQ.
