Probably about 10 pounds (which is higher than most doctors/dieticians recommend… you should ideally lose no more than 2 pounds a week).  I was exercising every day (running or elliptical, squats/lunges, arms, planks, jump rope) and eating clean.

I lost 14 pounds in a month.  This Monday I started Month 2.  I eat 1200 calories a day (About once a week I go over this to mix it up – usually to about 1500), Over 100 ounces of water and nothing else (no soda, diet soda, beer, wine, liquor, juice), I work out 6 days a week (2 times a week boot camp with strength training and 4 times a week cardio at the gym), I also walk on my lunch break at work for 4 miles in a hour (not everyday – about 2-3 times a week depending on my schedule and the weather). 

Now I will say 14 pounds was a lot! But it was my first month and I am sure this month I will not lose as much.

Probably 15 lbs. I lost 30 lbs about 4 years ago, and I did it in 2 months. I pretty much did an Atkins-type diet. Ate strictly protein for 5 days (at least 1000 calories worth), then added in 3 veggies and 2 fruits a day after that. Allowed a small square of dark chocolate a day after the first month and snacks on small amounts of almonds in between. I also exercised 3-5 days a week, which I did already anyways. My weight is pretty much determined by my diet.
