We did Chicken Marsala and I loathe mushrooms. I know the Marsala is cliche but the sauce was so freaking good, we couldn’t resist!

We had free range herb crusted chicken stuffed with chevre and topped with sundried cherries and balsamic glaze…..I wish I could have more right now!
