Not a honeymoon (though we’ll probably cruise again for that), but we loved swimming with the stingrays in both Grand Turk and Half Moon Cay.

@Love.Letter:  I haven’t travelled to those areas yet, but my friends just came back from a romantic holiday in Mexico. They had a great time and have been reccommending it to everyone. They found an all inclusive 5 star hotel which was pretty cheap. The food and drink were so amazing they only left the hotel once in 9 days! Although, if you do want to get out and see more I’m sure there is plenty to do there.

Also, depending on your budget, Mexico and Peru will definetely be the cheaper options. Finalnd is pretty expensive compared to the dollar.

@Love.Letter:  We went to Penisula de Osa in Costa Rica, then Puerto Viejo. Peninsula de Osa was great… we went horseback riding through a river to a waterfall, hiking in Parque Nacional Corcovado (one of the most biologically diverse places in the world), scuba diving at Isla Caño, swimming & exploring in the area… it was incredible, and kind of exhausting :o) Puerto Viejo was a good break after that… surf, sleep & bars!

ATVing in the jungle followed by cave and cenote swimming and visiting a monkey farm.

Self guided tour of the Mayan Ruins in Tulum.

Day passes to Explore National Park with Zip Lines, amphibious vehicles, underwater river rafting, and caving.

And open bar at Carlos and Charlie’s in Cozumel.

In Belize:

Visiting Mayan ruins.

In St. Thomas:

Snorkling with turtles and sting rays on the Sea Blaster with rum punch refreshments

In Grand Cayman:

Snorkling the reefs

In Jamaica:

Climbing Ocho Rios waterfall followed by jerked chicken and red stripe on the beach

In St. Lucia:

Drive around the island, tour of the Grand Pitons, tour of their botanical gardens, and tour of their drive-in volcano.  Followed by Lucian food and drinks.

In the Virgin Islands:

If you are looking more towards Europe, I have more, but I figured you might be asking about tropical places Smile.

Have fun planning!

Another vote for the Caribbean Islands… TONS to see and do.

And I too love snorkelling like a lot of the other Bees here.

If you are the outdoorsy type… you might enjoy the Canadian Rockies… and the Province of Alberta… lots to see and do there.

Incredible Scenery – Amazing Geography – Hiking – Biking – Ziplining – Fishing – Camping – Horseback Riding – Dude Ranching – Kayaking – Exploring Glaciers etc

Makes for a fabulous good weather vacation May thru September

OR skiing the rest of the year.
