Bloat. It happened after my missed period and towards the end of our honeymoon.  I was on the pill and missed periods so I didn’t think anything of it until I started to feel bloated.

i was really exhausted, i also had extremely tender breasts.

i didnt miss a period for 2 1/2 months before i realized “hey am i pregnant?”. i just attributed the exhausted and soreness to stress and a new job.

1. fatigue

2. sore boobs with blue veins

3. constipation (this is what made me test)

First two were before I missed my period but I didn’t realize I missed it until after 3.

“Less” PMS symptoms. I legitimately thought I was completely not pregnant the cycle I actually was because I had NO symptoms, at least not any different than normal PMS! I even thought I started my period (implantation bleeding) so when that didn’t turn into full-on period after 3 days, I decided to take a test. I didn’t normally get sore boobs as a PMS symptom, so I didn’t get them until around 5.5 weeks.  Nausea kicked in at 6 weeks.  I really enjoyed the first 2 weeks of being pregnant because I didn’t feel pregnant at all!

1. Fatigue both in day to day activities (ie: while sitting) and during my regular but more demanding physical activities I do on a weekly basis.

2. Increased appetite (though everything I’ve read says you need zero extra cals in the first trimester I call shenanigans – it probably just means you need at least your regular 2000ish for a regular sized woman, no 1500 cal diets).

3. Massive all day headache that would not go awake when I slept.

All before positive pregnancy tests.

Weak/nauseous stomach, exhaustion (falling asleep at 8:30 on a Friday night!) and tender breasts. I had the symptoms about 5 days before my missed period. Tested 3 days before and got a strong positive.

My left nipple (yes, just my left) ached a little but not any more or less than with PMS. I found myself taking naps but that’s not necessarily anything new to my usual routine either. I have a crazy, rotating work schedule so I’m used to being tired at weird times.

The big tip off though was that I had implantation bleeding. Then after that, I was peeing non-stop. Sometimes hourly! A lot of bees say that if you miss FMU, you should do a 4 hour hold before you POAS. So when I started having suspicions, I tried to do that but could barely make it 2.5 hours.

Mine was cramping. Generally I get cramps the day I start my period. And when I found out I had cramps for days and no period!

A headache that would not go away and bloat. Now I’m starting to feel more tired & nauseous.

Sore boobs. They started hurting after my period was just one week late. They were SO painful. The fatigue didn’t set in until a few weeks after that but when it did, it kicked in with a vengeance. I felt like a zombie. No morning sickness, thank goodness.
