We paid $300 for my bouquet, 2 bridesmaid’s bouquets, 3 coursages, 5 bouts, and petals for the flower girl.

We DIYed the flowers for the centerpieces, and I paid $23 per centerpiece.

My budget was $1,000 and I was having a really hard time finding a DIY source that fit my budget for what I wanted (annoying, right?).  Anyway, I ended up finding a florist that did just about everything for $800, but I provided the vases (we used new, wide-mouthed, pint mason jars – about $1 each from the grocery store – for the centerpieces, and larger, vintage jars for the decorative arrangements).

Here is what I got:

  • bride bouquet
  • 1 bridesmaid bouquet
  • 2 small MOB, MOG bouquets
  • 12 centerpieces
  • 5 large decorative arrangements (for cake table, guest book table, etc.)
  • 3 small decorative arrangements (for cocktail tables)
  • enough bulk flowers to make 3 boutonnierres, 1 corsage, and 4 large decorative bundles for each of my ceremony “arch” poles.

We used – fwiw – vendela roses, white lisianthus, white stock, light blush spray roses, cream garden roses, and queen anne’s lace.

I spent $3500 on flowers. That includes, bouquets for me and 6 bridemaids, corsages for 3 mothers and grandmother, 15 boutineres, etc. Plus all of the table centerpieces (some quiet large) and the flowers on the wedding arch.

It essesntially was my dream florist list so it was worth it to me.
