I know that a late night snack is not necessary, but I’m pretty excited about ours! We will be serving fried cheese curds with marinara, ranch, and honey mustard dipping sauces 🙂 If you have not tried cheese curds, I urge you to drive or fly to Wisconsin right this second to taste what you’ve been missing! A lot of our guests will be trying them for the first time, and I think they’ll be a hit! What were your late night snacks?

Truffle fries at the venue and then chick-fil-a at after party.

We are having a Viennese hour towards the end of the night. Chocolate fountain, assorted desserts, brandy 🙂

I’ve never had cheese curds! I would love to try them though. Your late night snack sounds like it will be a huge hit!

I’ve had cheese curds, but I bet they’re even better from Wisconsin! We are serving hamburger sliders and French fries (in shot glasses!). Yes, totally unnecessary, but we’re having open bar and I know I’ll be wanting to eat something around 9:30/10 pm to help soak up the sugar and alcohol

omg that combo sounds heavenly!
I love that idea! We are having a candy buffet too which is why we went savory for the snack, but I know late night me would love a chocolate fountain
I’m hoping so! How can you not like fried cheese?
that’s a great idea! We were thinking about sliders or pizza, but ended up going for something a little more regional.

Totally unnecessary but so much fun. Cheese curds are a great idea! We had a mac n’ cheese bar with a bunch of toppings. It was well recieved
Edit- we did so for the same reasons, had the candy buffet and open bar. It was a great balance. And perfect to soak up the alcohol

ooh that sounds great too! We’re having Mac and cheese with dinner, but were considering Mac and cheese pizza for a while (it’s exactly what it sounds like 🙂 ). We’re also having cheesy broccoli with dinner. We like our cheese in this state 🙂

Pizzas from a truck with a wood fire oven in the back, a cheese tower with crackers, and Krispy Kremes/wedding cake for the traditionalists.

First off – love cheese curds!! We had pizza, and a variety of toppings. We actually over estimated how many guests actually stayed as late as our pizza was served, but were still happy to have it.
A friend of mine, their late night snack included a TON of options – wings, chips, various dips, etc. It was really good, but I know she had a lot leftover.

We had mac ‘n cheese and gooey butter cake (I’m from St. Louis…gooey butter cake is a local favorite!)

We’re just having club chicken sandwiches and pizza.
I would have loved bacon cobs – bacon rolls/baps for non-Midlands brides in the UK, not even going to guess what non-UK brides would call them! However, we’re getting married in Greece and proper bacon is so hard to find abroad, so don’t want to risk it and end up with limp bits of fried ham

We did grilled cheese (mostly cheddar and bacon, as well as some brie and pear) with fresh cut fries. They were very popular! We also had cupcakes for people who prefer something sweet.
Cheese curds are delicious…your late night sounds great!

We had a cereal bar! With colourful cereals like fruit loops, granola and muesli, yogurt, and all different types of milks (soy, almond, coconut, chocolate). It was a big hit! I think we had something else, like veggies and hummus, but I can’t remember. Our venue coordinator suggested a bunch of things and we just said sure go for it! But I was most excited for the cereal bar!
