I was going to do white like all the other tables, but then I was thinking,shouldnt the head tables stand out??
I plan on having white for the regular tables
Chocolate brown for my cake table, welcome table, gift table and food tables.
But then I was thinking of doing chocolate brown for the head tables.But then I realized may its not a good idea to match all the working(welcome,gift,cake) tables to the head tables.
Maybe do purple? Hmmmmm……
So am I trying to use too much color here??
What are you doing/did? White or one of your colors?

Wow I haven’t even thought about this but I guess it will be white and decorated similar to the guest tables (also white) however the centerpieces on the guest tables are 4 feet tall so I think we’ll put candles, mixed in ivy and shorter centerpieces (possibly my bridesmaids lanterns) on the head table to make it stand out in that way.

We are doing white table cloths and Lime Green overlays for the guest tables. Royal Blue for the head table, satin to the floor. Cake table will be lime green with royal blue satin sashes with pick-ups held together with rhinestone clips.

Seems fun to do it in a color! That’s my vote!

@RoyalLime: Ooh, color twin!
My venue had ivory linens for free, so I kept our guest tables with ivory linens and brought in lime green napkins and royal blue favors. Then for our head table, we incorporated both the lime green and royal blue – long head table, lime green but with a royal blue overlay for the sweetheart in the middle. Tried to upload a new photo for you, but it’s not uploading. Hopefully you get the idea from these!
