If your grandparents are still alive what will they call them?
This is what I call my grandparents:
Grandmom: Abuela, however the younger cousins call her mom-mom
Grandpop: Abuelo, however the younger cousins call her pop-pop
And I call my mom, mom lol so she’ll be called abuela by my son
Fiance calls his grandmom, Gramy
FI’s mom is called Ma
Soooo basically I need possible names for my grandmom, grandpop, FI’s grandmom, andddd his mom wants to be call abuelita or lita. Which I think Lita is better because I don’t want my baby to be confused since abuela and abuelita are close.
Help a sister out

I always called my grandparents Grammy / Grampy (5 of them) and then my other grandmother who I am especially close to, I just call her Gram. I didn’t have different names for each one, and I was never confused.
My husband calls his grandparents Grandpa and Grandma.

Growing up, we had a Nana, a Grandma, and a Grandpa. My mother is going to be a nana, but my dad hasn’t decided yet. He will most likely be grandpa to my kids, though.
There was a whole mess of annoyance on my SO’s side, though, about names. At first, his mother wanted to be memaw and…dear God, I just can’t. I’m not from the south, I don’t think it’s cute. I hear memaw and my insides shrivel up. She already has one grandson who called her memaw and then one day my SO told her my mother wanted to go by Nana. She immediately said, “Oh, I like that! I want to be Nana, too!” Ugh. So annoying, because now her grandson calls her Nana.
