Our ring bearer will be carrying the rings on a folded American flag that my fiance flew in Iraq when he was deployed there :)!

My Fiance and I also went with a cute little box!  We`re having a subtle pirate theme mixed in with my summer gardern wedding and out box was one of them 🙂

@iadornyou:  Thanks! (: Basically, before the ceremony we’re having our rings passed around and then our guests can hold them in their fingers (while still attached to our pillow) and pass some positive thoughts, blessings, or wishes onto our rings. Then during our ring exchange the officiant will say a little something about remembering the love and warmth of our friends and family when we wear our rings.

my nephew, who turned three the day after my wedding, carried a little white pillow with a purple ribbon down the aisle and the best man had the rings! It worked out great and if you absolutely want to have rings definitely use fake ones, i only say this because when the photographer wanted to borrow the ring pillow for pictures, my nephew was like HECK NO NOT HAPPENING! haha he guarded that thing with his life and definitely wouldn’t have handed it over even if i asked! :p

@Mulan05:  It’s when the rings are passed among the guests prior to the ring exchange so that the guests can “warm” the rings with good thoughts/love/prayers/etc. When I looked out during our ceremony, I caught my Mom kissing our wedding rings and saying a prayer. I tear up just thinking about that moment. Anyway, here’s a link to the full text of our ceremony so you can see one possible way of doing it. http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/our-ceremony-full-text#axzz2PyZjcLE8

We have two sweet nephews and I wanted to find them each something to do! The oldest will be carrying our rings on this rustic pillow and the younger will come down the isle right before me carrying something like this!

My nephew is carrying our rings down the aisle on a Paloma’s Nest ring bearer bowl. I plan on using the bowl after the wedding to hold my rings whilst I sleep at night 🙂

@pppuser852:  So creative! I love it.

Unfortunately, our ring bearer won’t be in the wedding unless he learns to walk soon. Our flower girl also had to back out, so we’re just going to have the best man hold the rings.

@BakeosaurusRex:  This is great!  Where did you get this or how did you make this?

@Soon_to_be_wed:  I got the box at the dollar store! I painted it white, distressed it. Then painted it mint, and distressed it. Then I added two rolls of scrap white fabric and covered them in lace! It cost me $1.25!
