(Closed) What workout should I do TONIGHT?

I take 2 – 3 days off and then I’m ready to get back in it! I find that if I push myself to the limit at the gym every time then I dont get bored as fast because it’s always a challenge. I figure if I’ve bothered to get up and go, I’m going to do my best.

@cbgg:  What gym do you go to? I am a member of 24 hr. fitness, and I’m a class junkie! A few of my favs are cycling, TKB, bootcapm, and powersculpt.
