I’m in a fitness rutt and am tired of wasting my time going to the gym and doing a lame, lazy workout.
Can anyone recomend a good high energy workout that I should do when I hit the gym tonight?
What do you do to get out of a fitness rutt when you’re just not feeling it?

I take 2 – 3 days off and then I’m ready to get back in it! I find that if I push myself to the limit at the gym every time then I dont get bored as fast because it’s always a challenge. I figure if I’ve bothered to get up and go, I’m going to do my best.
