@marierose:  That particular dress is made by Lazaro.  I would basically call it a satin trumpet with a lace bodice.  You can buy blinged sashes anywhere so I wouldnt worry about a dress not having that.

@marierose:  Lazaro is the most expensive of the JLM brands, I would look at Alvina Valenta. She has some very nice ones! Also, dont forget to look at the favorites, and other designs when looking at their sites. Because how much the dresses are loved, many previous season styles are still in stores/will go to sample.

@marierose:  I know Watters and WTOO have a corset top like that, and you can mix & match the skirts. If you don’t like the break at the knee, they have some others with a different fit. 

Check out the Primrose Corset (WTOO) with maybe the Lilli skirt?
