Honestly it isn’t worth your time. I have only just started planning and have run into a host of vendors that just never respond. I’ve come to accept that it is part of the process. Don’t take it personally, just move on to better things.

I’d just let it go. Odds are, she already realizes that she’s being unprofessional and doesn’t care. Don’t waste your time writing an email.

Agree with all the girls, let it go…not worth it! you are going to get worked up, and have all this negativity!

Hmm, I was wondering if something might have happened (some kind of family problem, financial problem, etc). If this behavior is atypical, maybe it’s not her fault. (Or maybe I’m just being too optimistic, lol, just not sure why she would become unprofessional just like that). The only other thing I can think of is if your budget is lower than theirs so she didn’t think it was worth it? That would be really b*tchy if it were the case and totally deserve a nasty email from you.
