cls9q:  Have you received the first 15 yet?

If not, she may simply have added 3 to the original order, although it would have been polite to respond to your email.

I would send her another email telling her that I needed a response or it would affect the review that I am going to post. If she doesn’t respond to that, she deserves a bad review.

cls9q: Depending on whether or not she runs a large/popular shop, she may process orders/emails in the order received.  Almost a month later seems like a long time.  Is it possible she didn’t receive your message?  Maybe try sending her a message through Etsy instead of an email?

I don’t think it would be right to leave a bad review for an item that you bought that you received good service for.  I would completely understand a review explaining that the seller was hard to contact for the items that that service was related to.

you may be in a queue of orders she has to fill and she will check back for any missing detaisl when its time to work on your order.  it all depends when you were told you could expect to recieve a proof or the items.

cls9q:  I wouldn’t leave a bad review if you are happy with the first 15 that you received, assuming that you have received them. I don’t think that would be fair since your original order only consisted of the 15. That said, I would definitely follow up with her again.

cls9q:  I am an etsy seller. I don’t think she has any reason to ignore you. All sales are good sales. She may send you an individual paypal request as sometimes there isnt an easy way to put up an item just so someone can buy it.

I would reach out to her again. What about your current order? Has that shipped yet? Check her shipping policies. Does she garuntee a certain amount of time or tracking?

Try to resolve things on good terms before opening a complaint. If you don’t hear from her though I would consider that next.

cls9q:  PS I just saw you received your first order. Can you place an order for 3 items? Maybe that is why she hasn’t responded? If it is an actual sale she has a certain obligation to have your order out in a certain amount of time.
