I don’t understand why she would have amora moissanite unless she purchases them from btd or moissco and resells them but I wouldn’t think those retailers would like that. Also, the stone in the picture doesn’t look like moissanite to me, at least not the ones I have seen IRL.

@BlondeMissMolly:  All moissanite stones can be purchased loose and set wherever the buyer wants to set them. Besides, even if she is reselling one of their rings, that doesn’t really make it a more risky purchase.

I thought C&C didn’t do Amora? Not sure but I’d look into that…

@MrsWBS:  Good catch.

The moissanite had a C&C waranty before it underwent the Amora process; afterwards it is null and void. But this is the same for all Amora, regardless of if you get it straight from BTD, MoCo or a reseller.

@Taeyers:  Well sure anyone can order an amora and have it reset but this isn’t a consumer purchasing and setting it–it’s a jeweler doing that. I didn’t say it’s automatically not legit, but my point was I’ve never heard of anyone doing that with amora and I would be curious if the distributors at either moissco or btd are aware because *some* companies wouldn’t like that.

Be sure to post pics OP it looks gorgeous!

I don’t know the price of the ring she’s selling but Moissanite Co is selling the same ring on their website.

You can get it with the 1.4 amora moissanite too.

I’m getting the exact same setting from ashadiamonds.com which is the same company as moissanite co.  I’m getting a 1.5 cushion with natural diamonds in the setting. That’s another option too if you want to wait for the amora gem to come out in 2015.
