@Overjoyed:  I’m a big fan of paper lanterns and it looks like you have sufficient rafters to hang them from…

Sorry I’m new and have no idea how to do multiple photos and photos + text, but I love lights and anything from the ceiling…

I’m not sure what your wedding colors are but if it were me…. I would play up that rustic wood  by doing the following:

a) I would definitely have a white aisle runner down the left side (or right) whichever you choose to be the side you walk down (if it were me) but since you aren’t into the aisle runner idea I would do white rose petals or pale blush pink (or both!!) scattered along the aisle.  The lighter colors would contrast the natural woods beautifully.

b) I would line the side of the aisle next to your guests with floor lanterns all the way to the front, (like the ones in the picture I’ve posted). and then maybe a table up front with tall lanterns to create a romantic backdrop.

c) if no flowers, you could consider draping the beams with white fabric, something that hangs nicely, and swag it off on the sides to create a dreamier look like a tent.  Lanterns would look nice with this too along with the rose petals on the aisle.  I personally would mix in some white  roses or hydrangea arrangements at the front with the lanterns on the table but you said no flowers so I won’t push it! ha ha.

I don’t know your personal taste as far as theme but i’m a classic romantic and this is what I would do.

ETA disregard the shoe pic it was all or nothing on Pinterest hehe

Maybe something billowly/drapey around the windows? It looks like there are ceiling fans, so you couldn’t drape the ceiling, but draping around the windows would really soften it and give it some movement with a breeze. Even some hanging crystals might be nice? Where is the altar/ceremony spot? Something to delineate that would be lovely as well.
