My SO & I are adopting a kitten on Saturday and are trying to do a little brainstorming on names before she gets here (though we will probably wait until she is home and shows us her personality before making a decision though).
So what do you think? What comes to mind?

I don’t have any specific suggestions but I’m always a fan of human names over something like “Princess” or “Fluffy” or whatever.
I really like old lady and old man names. I might name a female pet something like Hazel or Mabel.

Awww…what a darling kitty! I don’t have any name suggestions…I named my cat a pretty odd name, cause I’m weird like that. I think waiting til she comes home is a great idea.

Perhaps those decisions are based on the fact that 1- I have a cat named Wednesday, 2- I’m watching King of the Hill, and 3- I had a friend with a kitty that looks exactly like her, and she was named Patches. The kitty, not the friend.
I also like Dinah for some reason. Or Bettina/Battina. Nickname Batty.

Her eyes are absolutely captivating. So freaking cute!! I say Sasha, like Sasha Fierce (Beyonce)!

She reminds me of a cookie of some sort. I can’t decide if she’s an oatmeal raisin or chocolate chip.
By the way, I call my cat Kitty mostly, even though her name is Bunny. So yeah 🙂

I also love animals with human names! My kitten’s name is Montgomery, and in my lifetime I’ve had kittens named Charlie, Wilson, and Leonardo di ser Piero. My leo actually looked just like your kitten.

I like really unique names for cats. Mine have japanese names, haha. I’d name a cat Tuna, though. I think it’s funny. No idea why. My cats are named Sushi and Sambi, though. But i like my cats to have kind of “out there” names I guess. Two syllables, always!

my cats names have been: Pudding, Daisy, Shelly, Rowdy & Cornelius. (cat’s from my family & lifetime – we did not have all these cats at once!! yikes)
