You should be able to find someplace to rent chairs that won’t need to be covered for the amount it would take to cover those or for cheaper! I would check out some local rental companies.

Is there another place you could look for chair covers? $5/chair seems pretty steep!

This place is $3.50/chair, including delivery.

This one starts at $2.79.

Those are just the first few I found by googling “chair covers victoria bc”.

I agree with Bakerella; try and find a different chair rental company.

Are you have a sit down dinner or buffet?.. what is your theme or colors.. centerpieces? Fancy or Casual? That can help us think of something that will go with what you are looking for!

Ok so this may sound totally stupid but hear me out…

Have you thought of covering just the backs of the chairs? I know there are a few templates online to make your own with fabric. Or if the dimensions of the back of the chairs are the same as, per say, a pillowcase you could do that and fold the bottom of the case under and stitch it up to make it look like a custom cover…Just a thought?

honestly, i wouldn’t worry about it. No one notices things like chairs unless they are WAY DRASTICALLY off from the theme and feel of the wedding, My recomendation is to be flexible with your decorating to INCORPORATE the chairs. I too have a small budget and ugly chairs, but in the end, it made more sense to use the chairs as-is and just be careful not to make them any uglier. Lol. Here’s a pick of my chairs.

I think i see a black one to the right. I would try to use only one color of chair if possible. And I’d try to incorporate the red into the rest of your decor. I don’t think chair covers are ever worth the money. To me it just looks like a pillow case over a chair, and everyone knows you are just trying to cover something up.

If you really want to do something, you could just tie a sash/bow around the backs or something hanging off the backs. You could even alternate chairs to save money. But honestly they aren’t that bad. I have somewhat ugly chairs too and I am just leaving them the way they are.
