FI’s sister likes to post “inspirational” quotes…random ones that she finds online with no sources and they are usually so much bs and a waste of my life to read…but she has so much interesting drama at times that I feel compelled to read her statuses…ugh lol.

DH’s cousin is super trashy and is always posting the most ridiculous things. Most are just boring day to day things, where she is going, what she cleaning, that kind of thing. By The Way, she is ALWAYS cleaning, hard to believe since I’ve seen her house. She is also pregnant for the second time with some random guy, they had a huge falling out on FB the other day but now they’re back in love. Huh? Wasn’t he the devil a few days ago? I would hide her statuses but they are entertaining, my Mother-In-Law and I like to screen shot our favorites!
Another girl that drives me crazy gives us updates on her family, maybe people care but I don’t. She IS someone I’ve been meaning to hide, maybe I should go do that.
The FB movies don’t bother me, I just scroll past and don’t watch.
SO many people are pregnant on my FB right now. It’s not annoying it just makes me want to be pregnant which pisses Darling Husband off since he’s not at all ready.

@Deejayelle: Someone keeps posting on FB about her move. And now she’s asking for help packing and organizing all of her stuff and her kid’s things. Like ok…you might need help but this is why movers exist!
I can see if friends volunteer but constantly posting on Facebook, begging is weird to me.

@sherryberry: That’s kind of ironic re: making fun of the GNC women as female bodybuilders aren’t exactly skinny or tiny… Lol.
I blocked all those “Guess the 90s” feeds bc they were clogging up my feed. Come on, you really don’t know who Nirvana, Britney Spears, or Nsync are? :/

I cannot stand cult-like people who push their stupid pyramid business/MLM/network marketing crap on my newsfeed like 12 times a day… and they act like their choice to be part of the business makes them holier than thou. And that everyone else’s life must suck because they aren’t part of it. Last time I checked, anyone can be part of an MLM if they have a credit card and are willing to harass everyone 24 hours a day.
I am friends with physical therapists, psychologists, lawyers, mortgage brokers, musicians, photographers… all people who are successful and run their practice. WHY is it that they don’t constantly advertise over Facebook, and send annoying messages begging for recruits/clients? OH… Because they are educated, sell a quality service/product, AND people actually demand their services/products. Who is holier now?

my best friend just posted a pic of her wearing one of my fav sweaters that has been MIA for the past 3 weeks. lol. i’ve been looking for it too! totally called her out on it, haha
not “annoying” in the sense of a lot of these responses, but ANNOYING to me! come on <insert friends name>, i wanted to wear that out on thurs!!!

@Coral99: Ahh! I’ve had friends make Facebook events for this purpose, and mention that it is expected that those people save the date to help move all day. And then mention “I know I have helped some of you move in the past… so you owe me.” Wtf.

@DesertLady: Ugh, I’m right there with you on the posting of outfits.
I have one that said she was going to do her yearly “Facebook cleanse”, for 30 days. Ok…fine. except like a week later all of her activity on Instagram that I guess she forgot to overlook that shows up on Facebook started showing up. Then, all of her pics from there started showing up and she started doing the outfit thing b/c I guess she is starting some kind of business.
They are cute outfits but I want so badly to post “Is this part of the cleanse?”.
And why do people do Facebook cleanses?? If you don’t want to do it…don’t! There are not Facebook police. Anyone that really needs to reach you can call.

@Love4Keeps: Yes. She has posted something like that, I believe, too. Like people just have nothing to do than help YOU move and “pay you back”.
I’ve never in my life asked anyone other than my mom and movers (and now husband) to help me move, when I was moving in with him. I think I had 1 gf that nicely offered and I took her up on it for like 2 hours but that’s it.

@nativedesires: Someone posted the SAME thing on my newsfeed. ridiculous

The thing that annoys me the most right now is a friend who constantly posts about her boyfriend.
“OMG I have the best boyfriend ever! Justin is sooo amazing! #bestboyfriendever “
Posts flowers, chocolates, stuffed animals, etc etc etc. It gets tiring. I get it… what are we, 15?
Or another friend:
“It’s my one year and 2 month anniversary with my man! My man is awesome! My man is great! I have the best man ever!”
It’s weird how she never uses his name, he’s just “her man”.
It’s just weird because we’re 25…

I have one friend who has a new boyfriend and the things they post back and forth are way too sexual, hinting at all the kinky things they do in the bedroom. It’s so awkward.
Another guy posts everything in all caps and misspells 90% of it. It drives me nuts. I scroll right past them because when I take the time to read them, I always regret it.
@peachacid: I have a friend who’s two daughters are cheerleaders. She’s CONSTANTLY posting pictures of them, especially the FIVE year old and her little friends doing flips and splits and sticking their legs straight up in the air, with barely any clothes on and pounds of makeup. The other day she posted a picture of her in the bathtub. I contstantly think to myself that I hope she doesn’t have any pedophiles on her page!

One person whose Instagram pics are always on fb posts literally 10-15 # with EVERY pic. It’s really irritating. Just say what you want to say.
The one I found absolutely appalling though just happened yesterday. I’m part of a large (750+) mom’s group on FB and one of the women just lost her five day old baby. Someone posted a link to her memorial site/funeral information, and not even 15 minutes later someone else posts “I’m sooooo lucky to have such a great little girl! I hope this other little one coming is just as awesome!” I just found it very callous.

Oh god this reminds me of my SIL, she’s such a FB liar. She gets eye glasses benefits through her parent’s work benefits so she basically gets glasses for free. She ordered Chanel glasses with the benefits and Darling Husband had to pick them up so I saw them at our house. Couple days later when he gave them to her, she posts on FB bragging that she woke up to this surprise from her boyfriend. Umm you just lied for no reason lol. She blocked the post from Darling Husband lol

@Deejayelle: Haha such a good thread!
My big peeve at the moment is people who push clean/vegan/paleo etc eating on all their friends. I was literally having this conversation with my work friends this morning!
I had one girl on my newsfeed post a pic of her groceries saying ‘why wouldn’t you eat Paleo!?’ ummmm because I like to actually enjoy my food occasionally!?!?
Don’t get me wrong, i’m all for healthy eat but a) everything in moderation b) don’t force your new found fad on me when 2 weeks ago you posted a box of Krispy Kreme donuts on your newsfeed and c) I like to eat fatty foods from time to time.. so sue me
