I have a new one, actually, when they go on about the rare side effects – which are real, yes, just less likely than winning the lottery. Some of my personal favourites are the three possible types of necrosis, two kinds of hepatitis, and rupture of the intestine or stomach. Oh, and acetaminophen can cause three skin diseases that kill you. So, if you won’t give your kid a vaccine because he might the one in every million (or more) that has an anaphalactic reaction (and I believe there might, just might, be an epipen at the doctor’s office. Maybe.) don’t give him Motrin, or Tylenol for his fever, either.
Morons. Over 375 people in BC, mostly children, have been diagnosed with measles since mid March. Morons.
I have a couple coworkers that post when they go to the gym EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Like I really care that today is “leg day”!?
It’s generally posts about mundane stuff that absolutely do not merit status updates that irk me. “Just finished the laundry!” Ummm… congratulations, you’re a functioning adult?
