I’m 5’8.5″ and my lightest weight was probably 130, when I graduated high school. Heaviest was this time last year I was 150. I weight on weight watchers and got back down to 140, and was there through the wedding and a few months after. I’ve slowly relaxed eating habits and have made my way back to 145 which is where I am now. Ideally I’d like to get back to 135-140, but it’s hard to maintain with my current lifestyle (I am a grad student and have almost no time for exercise).

Back in highschool I weighed like 110, I’m 5’3″. The weight started creeping on I got up to 180, then about 3 years ago I decided to make a change and I was down to 128. Life happened and I’m back up to 160 but I am working to lose weight again. Ive been tracking with weight watchers for almost 2 weeks and I can feel a difference in my pants already. I will hopefully get back down to around 130 by my wedding and actually keep it off this time.

I’m 5″5′. Lowest weight was 85lbs (anorexic) and highest was 115lbs. I now hover around 110lbs, but am trying to put on weight for ttc in the Summer.

Lightest – 119lb (for the last year)
Heaviest – 155lb (when I was 19 and again when I was 26)
I gain weight very easily.

My heaviest was 154 – that was some time last year and I was horrified when I got on the scales!
Lowest was 119 when I was 21. As a student I barely ate and worked a LOT of hours!
Now I’m 133 but I’d quite like to get down to 126!

I’m taller than average, 5’7″, and I have wide hips and a big chest (38C), but I have super skinny arms and legs. Some days I feel like a potato with toothpicks sticking out, lol.
My highest weight was in high school, a junior, I think, and I was 172. My lowest weight was when I started college, and I was 139, but I lost that weight unhealthily. I’m now about 163, almost five years since I started college.
Ideally I’d liked to get down to 145-150, which is where my doctor wants me to be as well.
I made a firm New Year’s resolution to take care of myself, so I’ve been hitting the gym and trying to cut a lot of sugar out of my diet. I’m not expecting anything to happen overnight, but if I can hit my goal range my May, I’d be really happy.

I’m 4’11” and at my lightest I was 102 lbs; right now I’m at my heaviest at 114, which has only pushed me up one pants size. I’m not really sure if I’m ok with this new weight or not. I can still shop little girl’s jeans, but none of my old jeans fit well.

I am 5’6 and my heaviest was 250ish and my lightest was 148 and I currently stay around 152. I work out three or four days a week but it is mainly to keep my run up, if I slack off I tend to struggle with running and I like when I can run 6 or more miles instead of feeling like dying around mile 2.

My lowest weight was 70kg/154 pounds when I was 20 and in uni,
My highest was 83kg/182pounds. That was twice – last year and in my final year of uni (5 years ago)
I’ve been slowly working on getting healthy. My goal is 140 – 145pounds/63-65kg, as that puts me in the upper end of healthy weight range. I’m naturally curvy and solid built, so i don’t think I’d look good at the lower end of the healthy BMI

I am 5’8 and currently 132 lbs.
Heaviest was 153 in high school ( I was the classic baby weight carrier until I was about 17 or so)
Lightest has been 130.
Ideally, I would like to be in the mid 120’s or so. I am tall with healthy looking, but I don’t feel like I really carry my weight well and that I look bigger than I am.

I’m 5’3. At my lightest I was around 100 lbs (I’d fluctuate between 95-105). At my heaviest last year before I had a breast reduction and liposuction I was 165. Now I’m 145. If I’m 145 at the wedding that would be fine, as lokg as I LOOK slimmer,specifically in my arms, stomach and back areas….

5’10” – 155lbs and 185lbs. My normal healthy seems to be 160-165lbs.
