Haven’t seen one of these posts in a while, so I thought I would start one!
Darling Husband and I have been working out daily and eating super healthy, so tonight is a somewhat splurge. We are having grilled BBQ chicken and mashed potatoes. Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, but still…Mmm….

LOL, i have given up dinner to try and lose weight for the wedding. We had pot roast, it was yummy

I had chicken tacos, beans and Spanish rice from the most amazing Mexican restaurant around =)

fried shrimp and hush puppies.
I am not a huge shrimp fan but anything fried is ok by me. 🙂

@HoneyBear: i have given up dinner to try and lose weight for the wedding.
We had tilapia dredged in a liiiiiittle bit of flour w/ lemon and basil. It was pretty tasty!

I made roasted chicken yesterday, so we used the leftovers for to make a BBQ Chicken Pizza (pre-made crust) with a salad too.

Broiled pork chops, cranberry stuffing and steamed petite green peas 🙂

i put chicken, corn, salsa and a mixture of beans on a tortilla, wrapped them up with a bit of cheddar cheese, and threw them in the oven to warm up. My kids love it, especially when I douse everything with lime juice before I mix it all up!

Chili and homemade bread… it’s almost done and it smells soooo good…!

everyones dinners sound so yummy! I went to moe’s with Fiance during his break and had nachos with chicken lettuce corn salsa black beans and fresh pico!

Chicken Marsala, scalloped potatoes and steamed broccoli !! Yum!!

Lemon sole (or “pan seared sole”, if you want to make it sound fancy!) and some pearl cous-cous with garlic and herbs.
Glass or 2 of red wine, and an oreo pop tart for dessert!
