fried shrimp and hush puppies.

I am not a huge shrimp fan but anything fried is ok by me. ๐Ÿ™‚

We had tilapia dredged in a liiiiiittle bit of flour w/ lemon and basil. It was pretty tasty!

@Linz1231:  A splurge?!!….that sounds fairly healthy if you ask me. ๐Ÿ™‚

I made roasted chicken yesterday, so we used the leftovers for to make a BBQ Chicken Pizza (pre-made crust) with a salad too.

i put chicken, corn, salsa and a mixture of beans on a tortilla, wrapped them up  with a bit of cheddar cheese, and threw them in the oven to warm up. My kids love it, especially when I douse everything with lime juice before I mix it all up!

everyones dinners sound so yummy! I went to moe’s with Fiance during his break and had nachos with chicken lettuce corn salsa black beans and fresh pico!

Lemon sole (or “pan seared sole”, if you want to make it sound fancy!) and some pearl cous-cous with garlic and herbs. 

Glass or 2 of red wine, and an oreo pop tart for dessert!
