Grilled chicken marinated in italian dressing.  Not sure about the side dish and veggie yet.  Most likely corn and mashed potatoes.

Ribs. We have never made them before but we just got a pressure cooker for my bridal shower and want to try out a bunch of new recipes 🙂 Hopefully they turn out!

PB&J. It’s a nice day so we’re going to go to the dog park and have a picnic outside.

@PrncssDva: Absolutely delish.  Especially if you tenderize the chicken beforehand and marinade it overnight or a few hours.

I’m thinking either pasta with chicken and fresh veggies in a white wine sauce or pasta with fresh veggies and chicken in a marinara sauce.

Very different options there. Wink

I’m not feeling very creative.

I have some frozen chicken potstickers from Trader Joes, and am doing a salad with my homemade asian dressing with it, and some zinged up brown rice. The great thing is that it will only take about 15 minutes to make.

We’re having crustless quiche with ricotta and zucchini, with crumbled goat cheese on top (well, only on top of half of it–I don’t like goat cheese!)

Served with homemade whole wheat sage rolls and a spinach salad with orange dressing…I candied orange rinds yesterday so I have lots of leftover orange juice and want to use it up!

I think we’re going to go to Five Guys. We were craving burgers earlier.

I’m actually craving penne vodka with ground meat, but eh.. another day.  Maybe tomorrow before my night shift at work.
