Taco Salad!

Brown Turkey and season to taste, or you can use the Taco Lawry’s Packet and follow those instructions! (Drain)

In a large bowl combine Romain/Iceberg Lettuce, Diced tomatoes, Black Olives (rinse & drained), 1 Can of Red Kidney Beans (rinse & drained), 1 Can of Black Beans (rinse & drained), Shredded Cheese. Serve with Chips! Add whatever your typical taco fixin’s are!

I love to eat this with Salsa or Sour Cream or even just Italian Dressing! My brother eats it with his homemade Thousand Island dressing. Its something light for a summer dinner and quick and easy to make!

D’oh! Just realized this is nearly a year old. Ha. I was so excited because I actually planned dinner and it’s in the crockpot!
