I made a chicken, gorgonzola, ricotta and spinach lasagna. It was the first time I ever made this and it was amazing!

Hopefully soup. I got some sort of stomach bug last night and haven’t been able to keep much of anything down.

@Running Elley: I’ve been on pinterest for the last 3 hours and want to eat EVERYTHING.

Whatever the cafeteria is serving.  Bleck.

Pintrest is dangerous when it comes to food!!!

I thnk we are having, Pasta Primavera and some thinly sliced steaks!

After eating thanksgiving for the last 3 days, its time for a change!

Seared chicken in a dry rub and baked sweet potato fries with spicy Ranch… One of our favorite “simple” meals 🙂

Take out pizza, with pepperoni, sausage, ham and extra cheese.  So glad, since I’ve pretty much had my fill of Thanksgiving leftovers these last few days, lol!

I have no idea for tonight! But last night was delicious, I made penne in a pink vodka sauce, halibut steaks and (beef) steak. For the vodka sauce I used garlic, onions, tomatos, white wine, a can of marinara, half and half and parmesan cheese. It came out really tasty so I might have some tonight if Darling Husband hasn’t eaten it all for lunch. The halibut I broiled in butter, garlic, and green onions and the steak I rubbed down with a spice rub 🙂
